Shipping Policy 

All orders are sent with Australia Post via Express Post. 

Under 3kg = $15

3kg - 5kg = $20 

5kg - 7kg = $25

7kg - 10kg = $30

We aim to pack and dispatch your order within 2 business days and you will usually receive your parcel within 1-2 days after that depending on Australia Post delivery to your area. 

Please note that Australia Post is not currently guaranteeing next day delivery due to COVID delays.

Probiotics are able to be out of the fridge for up to 5-7 days before opening but we choose not to post them on a Friday to avoid them sitting around in a post box or delivery centre over the weekend.

International postage can be organised by choosing the clinic pick-up option and then calling or emailing the clinic to organise to pay for international postage which is charged at Australia Post rates.

CLINIC PICK UP - if you have chosen this option, we will text you when your order is ready to collect from the clinic. ** Orders are currently being left at the door of the clinic to allow for contactless pick up with current COVID lockdown restrictions in Sydney.
